Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga practiced while seated or using a chair for support, making it accessible to people with limited mobility or those who find standing yoga challenging. It offers similar benefits to traditional yoga, including improved flexibility, balance, and stress reduction.

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga incorporates the physical practice of postures with breathwork to learn how each influences how we move through life.
I like to teach how to effectively use props to maximise benefits for our own unique body, how to increase and improve our mobility and how to establish a regular home practice habit.

Hatha yoga is suitable for EVERY body!
