The Shala is my home studio where many of you will have enjoyed smaller and more specific practices.
A Shala day is an opportunity to enjoy a day of unhurried yoga related practices, including mindful meditation, breathwork, physical asana practice plus themed discussion, a delicious and unhurried vegetarian lunch (options available) over in the Chapel, back in The Shala for a really chilled afternoon practice followed by the ultimate experience - a candlelit sound bath in the Chapel itself with candlelit Sound bath 10am - 4pm £70
In November I will be offering 2 Shala days

Sound bath only
If you’d like to attend just the sound bath element of either of the Shala days, that is an option available for an additional 4 students. The sound bath experience is 14.45 - 16.00, will include refreshments after and is £15 per person
